• Small Plate Cooks •

The Appetizer-Wine-Beer Bar is the center of attention. The menu offers over 30 small plate culinary delights from every part of the world. Most orders are created in front of the patrons much like that of a tapas or sushi bar. To fill this position you'll have to be on your game one hundred percent of the time. Not only with your ability to produce tasty small plate delights that'll keep them asking for more but, you'll need have a fun and sometimes witty personality to keep up with your patrons which are all very close at hand.

This position is perfect an aspiring Sus Chef that wants to be more creative or has worked catering. Minimum 1+ years culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant. (requirments) Minimum 2+ years culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant. Must have exceptional knife and presentation skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Written and verbal comprehension of English language required. Culinary Institute education, Formal Apprenticeship or equivalent preferred. (Valid Food card required)

Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 3pm & 5pm - 10pm

• Short Order Cooks •

This position is the heart and sole of everything from grilling, baking, sauteing, frying to salads. There is always plenty of prep work every day, plus inventory control and processing. The menus for Lunch and Dinner are healthy, fun and delicious.  This position is perfect a short order cook that has worked on a line or catering with Culinary skills to match

• Food Servers •

Your job as a server is to greet the patrons, seat the party, ask questions for any special needs, suggest wines, beers and talk about the menu items. Take their orders and deliver the orders to the proper department for preparation. As with any food server position there are side jobs.

It's our goal to help you make more money with professional training as it benefits all of us. We offer professional training for food service, wine and beer on a regular basis to produce a knowledgeable and successful employee that is polite and courteous. So that patrons will ask for you every time and want to be seated in your station every time they come in.

• Wine & Beer Tender •

With over two hundred hand picked wines and beers from around the world we have the largest selection of quality libations in the area. We serve quality wines and beers which are available by the glass and many more by the bottle at super low prices you wouldn't expect to see at a restaurant. Customers can also purchase wines to go at close to retail prices.

This position is not only an internal part of the restaurant but it's smack dab in the center of attention. Requirements to be considered for this position are a minimum first degree knowledge of wine and beers. The ability to have a fun and sometimes witty personality to keep up with your patrons. The ability to control inventory as well as be personally responsible for all cash transactions in the house.

PLEASE NOTE: You'll need a SWE, CIA, WSET Certificate or degree in "wine" in order to be qualified for this position!

• Musicians •

We've finally received our Entertainment permit from the city and need musicians for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The venues we are looking for are Soloist's to the maximum 4 pc Bands. The music style that fits our clientele is mostly acoustic/lightly amplified; Jazz, Flamenco, Classical, Light Rock, Blues, Pop, Cover Tunes and easy listening. We are not able to accommodate louder music venues, as the patio is the stage area and our clientele will be sitting right next and in front of you.

We provide a pair of powered Berringer 400 watt 15x3 Speakers on stands and a small Berringer 8/2 Audio mixer with Effects, 1 Shure SM58 and Stand, cables etc.

Gig times are; Fridays 6:30pm til 9:30pm, Saturdays 6:30pm til 9:30pm and Sundays 11:30am til 1:30pm
$$$ Pay is negotiable depending on the number of band members in your venue, plus food and drink credits.
